Dashboard
Dashboard is basic screen of Trovi app, which will provide you with complex overview of your business. There are up-to-date information about your overall balance, revenues and expenses. You can also see who are your biggest customers or dodgers and check which of your invoices are overdue. For those who are not VAT payers, there is widget with revenue counter for this purpose, so you know when you become obligated for VAT registration.
Users and invitations
You can use Trovi with your colleagues, employees, accountant or lawyer. All you need to do is to create an user account for them in company settings and Trovi will automatically send login credentials to the e-mail address you provide.
Multiple companies
You can use single Trovi account for all your companies. Everything will be under one login, where each of your companies will be clearly separated in the way you can get simple overview.
Customer overview and balance
In Contacts section you can find simple table with all of your customers and supplier with their balances. It will give you insight into how many invoices have you issued with particular partner and for how much money. If there is anything overdue, you will see how many invoices and how much money there are per partner.
Automatic completion of data from registers
Trovi has integrations to Slovak commercial registers (more countries coming soon), so all you need to fill in is particular business name and all data from commercial registers will be completed automatically.
Tags for invoices, expenses, orders and price offers
Tagging of documents is simple and effective tool for quick navigation and search. Searching for all documents (invoices, expenses, orders or price offers) for particular project, product, customer, ... is a matter of seconds.
Tags can be added or deleted very simply.
Custom logo and stamp on invoice
Create clear and smart invoices, that will carry the visual identity of your company. In company settings, you can upload custom logo and stamp. They will be automatically added on every document (invoice, order or price offer). Of course, you can add different logo and stamp to every company in Trovi.
QR code for quick payment
Integral part of modern and smart invoice is QR code for simple and quick payments without typos. Give your customers comfortable payments of your invoices. QR code is generated and added to all invoices.
Invoices in various currencies and languages
Trovi enables you with invoicing in any currency and in multiple languages. You can change currency or language of any invoice on right part of the screen. This setting could be also generally applied on any customer or supplier which is using different currency or language.
Multiple bank accounts
In case you have multiple bank accounts for one of your companies, you can add them all to Trovi, so you can use them with invoices and costs. There is possibility to add unlimited number of accounts in section Bank accounts under company settings. Afterwards, you can choose any account from your list while creating an invoice. There is also possibility to add new account while creating an invoice. If you are using automatic payments pairing, it will work for all paired accounts - find out more in section Automatic payments pairing.
Automatic payments pairing
Set up automatic payments notifications or SEPA printouts for Trovi and all payments will be automatically paired with your invoices or expenses according to data from your bank. You can count on Trovi, that it will keep everything up-to-date and save your time.
All you need to do is to set up SEPA printouts sending or payment notifications to e-mail which is listed in company settings (Payments pairing) in your internet/mobile banking. In case you have multiple bank accounts for one of your companies, automatic payments pairing will work for all accounts, which will be paired with your internet/mobile banking according to previous sentence.
Payment reminders - manual
Payment discipline and overdue invoices are big issue. Reduce the volume of your claims by sending reminders. Trovi will notify you about every overdue invoice on the Dashboard so you can send professional reminders prepared by a lawyer to you customers or partners. There is default text for each reminder which can be customised before sending. Trovi will send an e-mail with official reminder letter with all the details about the claim.
Proforma invoices
You can create and manage them in the section Proforma invoices. After payment you can create proper invoice right from particular proforma invoice in just 2 clicks.
Expenses recording
Record all expenses and invoices received in simple and clear way with their payment information. Afterwards you can export all your expenses and send them to your accountant. Information about your expenses are integrated into Dashboard, where you can see them in simple chart. This chart with general overview will inform you about actual balance and cost effectiveness.
Bulk export of documents for your accountant
Save time while preparing materials for your accountant. Choose what data you want to provide, for instance: invoices, proforma invoices, expenses nad invoices received, orders or anything else. When you made the choice, export to *.xlsx is just 1 click away.
Orders
Make ordering of goods or services easier and create simple and modern orders with custom logo and stamp. You can e-mail them directly from Trovi, too. All orders are stored in Trovi so you can get back to them anytime. Bulk export of orders to *.xlsx is available as well.
Price offers
Move your price offers to professional level and save time. With Trovi you can create clear and professional price offers with your custom logo and stamp. You can e-mail them directly from Trovi, too. Of course, there is simple record of all the offers with possibility of bulk export to *.xlsx.
Tracker - tracking & managing of projects
Simple and clear time tracking and management of your projects. Thanks to Tracker module it is possible to create and manage projects and tasks for each of your customers with particular hourly rate. After setup you can track your work via time tracker (also available as Google Chrome plugin). When needed, you can report and invoice your projects in just 2 clicks.
Tracker - reporting and invoicing of projects
Reporting of projects via Trovi is very simple. All you need to do is to choose time period (e.g. calendar month) or particular projects or tasks which you would like to report and/or invoice. After you choose your projects, tasks and time period your report and invoice is just 2 clicks away. If you wish there is possibility to e-mail them directly from Trovi, it takes just 1 more click.
